E-Mail
The iNetGrow System has been designed from the ground up to cooperate with the Internet. Using the Internet eliminates distance as a factor for communicating with the iNetGrow System. Any PC which has access to Apopka Controller may generate e-mail messages. In order to send e-mail, the Apopka Controller have access to the Internet either by direct connection to a PC, by modem, or router. The iNetGrow Software must be set to send e-mail. There are two types of e-mail that you may send. You may send periodic e-mail with current log files attached, or you can send alarm e-mails to alert the addressee to a possible problem.

The outgoing mail server is the same one you use to configure your personal e-mail program. You select how often you would like to send e-mail in the iNetGrow Software. E-mails may be sent to computers, PDA's, Blackberries, or cell phones. You may specify more than one e-mail addresses in the mailing list to make sure the message is received.
